Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative duties, i.e. prepare correspondence/reports, screen calls, maintain appointment calendars, set up meetings and travel itineraries, arrange conference calls, etc.Job ResponsibilitiesProvides support to Head of Investor Relations/Competitive Intelligence and Head of Tax, organizes, and expedites flow of work through executive's officeOversee heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetingsManage meeting preparation including attendees/invitations, logistics, audio/visual, catering, etc.Responsible for scheduling frequent and complex travel arrangementsManage expense reports and other administrative dutiesResponsible for event planningPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely mannerMaintain confidentiality with the utmost professionalism and tactProactively engage in assisting executives with emergent tasks (e.g., presentation preparation support, etc.)Exercise independent judgment to make administrative decisions and take-action in the executive's absenceJob Requirements5+ years of broad administrative experience supporting a senior executive requiredAssertive, positive demeanor. Resourceful, independent contributor, proactive, inquisitive and able to carry learnings forwardStrong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of Leadership, developing relationships proactivelyUnquestionable integrity: ability to adhere to high standard of confidentialityApproaches work with a sense of urgency, efficient and organized with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining high degree of accuracyBasic Qualifications for Consideration:High School diploma

5+ years experience in an Administrative role

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:Bachelor's Degree

5+ years experience as Admin for a Leader of a Fortune 500 organization
