Voice and Video Collaboration Analyst Buffalo, NY OPPORTUNITY: Cisco Unified Communications Voice & Video Analyst responsible for maintaining the various components that make up M&T's Voice and Video Collaboration environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and supporting the existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager environment, as well as making recommendations for best practices and identifying process improvement opportunities. Qualifications :- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and UCS virtual servers
- Cisco Expressway technologies experience for MRA, B2B video, and cloud services
- Cisco Softphone, and MRA
- Cisco Unity voicemail and Contact Center Express experience
- Video technologies experience including Telepresence and CMS
- Working knowledge with implementing and troubleshooting a large SIP trunking environment utilizing CUBE border controllers
- WebEx integration with Cisco Directory Connector and SSO
- Digital signage experience
- Combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience i
- Must be detail orientated/articulate with strong time management and organization skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to present to a target audience
- Must be able to anticipate potential problems associated with Collaboration infrastructure or service level trends and plans for implementing solutions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including hours beyond the normal schedule when necessary; we operate in a 24x7x365 environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
- Ability to work effectively and closely with all levels of management within the organization. Must be able to work both independently or in a team environment
