Compensation: $32,000 dollars annually. Plenty of room to grow for the right person.

Looking for handyman person for our Real Estate Company and Property Preservation Company.
Must be able to work long hours and weekends when needed. 6 paid holidays to start.
Full Single Heath benefits after 180 days
Duties:
-Painting
-Drywall
-Lock changes
-Window and door boarding|
-Yard maintenance
-Snow removal
-Debris removal
-General Handyman tasks
-MUST HAVE A LICENSE
-MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
