OBrien’s Site Services - We looking for self-directed leaders with a growth mindset and hunger to take ownership of the daily operations and create a strong vision for the company.
First, the leaders will learn all aspects of the landscaping and snow removal side of the business so they can understand and begin to think strategically for the daily job assignments.
The leaders Must have 2-3 years of landscape experience, the ability to tow a trailer, high emotional intelligence, the ability to build strong relationships with coworkers, grit, energy, attention to detail, and a strong passion to see the business succeed.
