Job Responsibilities include:
Source candidates using social media sites and database technology for the purpose of recruiting and marketing our organization
Screen, source and evaluate and qualify candidates, including setting up interviews
Implement talent acquisition strategies via social media to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner
Schedules interviews while updating candidate and hiring manager of project process
Job Requirements:
Previous social media marketing experience is a plus.
Must have:
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Basic/Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to think creatively
Part Time 20 hrs/wk
