Responsibilities include:
- new inquiry inbound calls
- house tours
- sales presentations
- house selection
- options /colors selection
- floor plan reviews
Applicants should have the following skills and attributes:
- excited by new homes
- excited to connect with new people looking to realize their new home dream
- must be very computer literate
- g-suite and excel are a must
- great phone presence
- solid understanding /interest in construction and building
Great compensation package available with base plus commission.
This is a part time job
