CAPREIT owns and manages multifamily housing communities across the U.S. We are recruiting for an experienced Resident Service Coordinator for our Walden Park, Trinity Towers, and Hertel Park apartment communities located in Buffalo, New York.
Responsibilities include:
-Coordinating the day to day resident services of three senior communities
-Developing and managing strategic partnerships with service providers
-Supervising the day to day operation of the senior programs
-Recruiting and leading volunteers to assist in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position
-Maintaining a superior level of resident and employee satisfaction
Requirements:
-3-5 years of resident services or social work experience
-Must be very organized and an effective user of time.
-Proven experience being customer service oriented.
-Ability to maintain a courteous and professional attitude while communicating with residents, co-workers and representatives of other companies/vendors.
-Must have computer literacy skills.
-High School diploma or equivalent is required.
-College degree or equivalent (Business, Social Work, or Recreational Therapy) is preferred.
