- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot internal and external information systems and computer networks in a mixed Windows/Linux environment.
- Install, maintain, document and troubleshoot computing and communications systems, including computer hardware, network hardware and enterprise software applications.
- Respond to requests for technical support and use their knowledge, skills and abilities along with commonly used computing and communications concepts, practices, and procedures to solve problems to support business operations and end users in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- MUST meet the requirements to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
- Limited Domestic travel may be required
- Associates degree
- 2-3 years of Linux and Microsoft operating system administration and troubleshooting experience, including Red Hat 7, Windows 10
- Experience supporting Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365 and other commonly used business tools
- Enterprise and client level Virtualization and Hypervisor experience
- Experience installing, configuring and maintaining network hardware, network security appliances and VoIP equipment
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve hardware and software problems independently
- Strong organizational, prioritization and analytical skills as well as the ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise as well as follow leadership directives
- Scripting and programming language knowledge (PowerShell, bash, Perl, PHP, C)
- IT Certifications
- Experience with DevOp
