As an Inside Sales Representative, employee will be responsible for:
Providing the most efficient service and technical support to all current and potential customers visiting our retail showroom or calling into the company
Accurately filling customer orders and branch transfers while maintaining inventory counts throughout the process of shipping and receiving product
Assisting outside sales representatives with developing quotes, customer concerns, technical and product knowledge, etc.
Maintaining an organized and clean work space so the work in process is safe and efficient
Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Proficient with computers and data entry
Team player
Experience with counter sales in industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 40 to 42 hours a week
