Job Description :

Technical/Functional Skills :
  • BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering – or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience designing or building Salesforce Experience Cloud applications
  • Experience suggesting and implementing UI improvements
  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com.
  • Understanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business models
  • Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
  • Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
  • Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
  • Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
  • Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
  • Understanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinking
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others
  • Desire to learn new things
  • Great teamwork and collaboration skills

Experience Required :
  • 8+ years of strong experience in Salesforce platform implementations,
  • Certified in Salesforce Functional stream (Admin, Consultant – Service cloud, community cloud)

Mandatory Skills :
  • Manage day to day development activities on the salesforce industries platform
  • Support the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery
  • Experience in SDLC, Agile, Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery, and change management
  • Ownership of all End to End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development
  • Technical leadership, to include coaching and mentoring, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
  • Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology efforts
  • Assess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform
  • Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
  • CICD/Release Management
  • Identification of risks and issues from technical perspective.
  • Change Control/Change Management
  • Propose/Articulate design/architecture options with pros/cons
  • Certified Salesforce Developer , Certified Salesforce Administrator and Technical stream certifications – Advanced developer

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Lead a global team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.
  • Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
  • Architect and document design of Salesforce solutions.
  • Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
  • Work with business and IT leaders to educate users on using Salesforce.com.
  • Provide technical expertise with Salesforce.
  • Provide industry experiences to help improve Salesforce solutions.
  • Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.
