Seeking mature responsible individual to perform general office maintenance duties including snow shoveling/plowing, painting, handyman services, upkeep of office along with vehicles and machinery, coordinate work with local tradespeople, cleaning duties.
The candidate must be alcohol and drug free.
Must live in vicinity of Windham, Ashland, Prrsttville . Clean drivers license and no criminal background. References required. Position may be heavy part-time or full time. Oversee multiple properties and business of owner. Company vehicle.
