Our client, an insurance company, is seeking a CW-Lead Business Systems Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ / New York, NY Position Type: Contract Responsibilities:- Leverage in depth knowledge of multiple (new and emerging) technologies to design and implement strategic technical solutions in accordance with business needs
- Deliver innovate designs of high complexity which allow building a scalable end to end architecture
- Accountable for providing estimates and logical work plan to deliver applications on time and within budget that meets or exceeds quality standards
- Create the software's architecture and/or employ rapid application development tools
- Drives analysis of problems to understand root cause and provide recommended solutions
- Lead projects of low to medium complexity
- Leading and participating in Scrum Meetings
- Working with Onshore Leads in Estimation, development and design strategy
- Acting as SME and Mentor for developer/junior resources
- Reporting on development progress to required stakeholders as determined by Managers/Onsite Leads
- 5 or more years of hands-on strong experience with Javascript, Angular 4 and higher (Must Have) or React
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience in UI frameworks (JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3)
- 7 or more years of experience with I.T experience with experience in development
- 2 or more years of experience in Automation frameworks like Cucumber, Gherkin and testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma or Protractor
- Agile software development methodology
- 4 or more years of experience with Spring/Spring Integration frameworks
- 4 or more years of experience with service oriented architecture (REST, JSON, XML, SOAP)
- 2 or more years of experience in developing Microservices and Spring Boot
- Experience in using JIRA, code quality tools, defect tracking tools
- Build Tool Experience (Gradle)
- Code versioning (GIT)
- Good understanding of the web browsers and web applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
