Requirements:- Knowledge and experience using ODBC database- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft SQL- Knowledge and experience using Pi- Knowledge and experience in Power BI- Beneficial to have experience with MatLab and Python Support for analyzing capability of processes and activities (tracking, performance standards, conformity and compliance). Work closely with project managers to gather and analyze attribute and process statistical data. Work closely with project administrator confirming conformance and compliance with respect to predefined internal Client format. Document and track deviations from standard setups, root cause, corrective action plan, closure. Capture and publish action items and meeting minutes from run to standard governance meeting; support document audits and updates and writing of new documents as necessary.

Scope of Position:- The position will be responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of data visualization and reporting systems. In this capacity, they will work closely with engineering, operations and business leaders to deliver manufacturing data and information.

Day to Day Responsibilities:- Improve manufacturing performance by analyzing manufacturing processes and product data to build various reports and displays to be used by operational leaders to make key operational decisions.- Automate dashboards and real time information on the production floor- Establish automated reports for quicker tracking and metal location understanding- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes to generate ware flow reporting, scorecards, dashboards, summary, and detail reporting to give good insights to manufacturing productivity, backlogs and outputs.- Thorough understanding of data collected from the manufacturing process and how to analyze, organize, and present to operations and engineering counterparts.- Work closely with MES project team to share and display data in future state.
