- Responsible for Data quality and issue management by efficiently documenting, assessing, escalating and addressing data -related issues.
- Develop/align with industry and Firm wide data quality dimensions (e.g., accuracy, completeness, timeless etc.).
- Responsible for establishing Data Contracts with providers by developing standard process on defining, monitoring, enforcing and maintaining data -related Service Level Agreement (SLAs) between consumer and providers, which include data availability, data quality, data scope and granularity and data issue remediation times.
- Support Cybersecurity and Enterprise Technology data related strategic programs
- Establish data quality controls in partnership with Enterprise Technology data quality lead
- Responsible for capturing and coordinating all data uplift and enhancements requirements to meet cybersecurity control requirements
- Establishes processes and dashboard to continuously monitor data quality. Ensures processes are in place to proactively detect, reconcile/correct, and prevent data issues.
- Collaborate with Data Owners, Metrics Lead and Data Governance to define and establish data quality rules and definitions consistent with both business area needs and organizational strategies.
- Support development of data quality metrics (baseline and on-going) that identify gaps and ensure both business and IT compliance with standards across the Firm.
- Develop the requirements and establish data quality and reconciliation processes for issue tracking and control tools.
- Responsible for reporting and communication to stakeholders, data office and Sr. management as needed to ensure full transparency
- 7+ years of work experience in Data management space or related functions with hands on building out Data Quality Framework.
- Experience with Data Quality Framework tools(Data profiling, DQ exception management workflow),
- Expert in Data Quality reporting dashboard. (excel SQL knowledge)
- Expert knowledge of Enterprise Data Management and in-depth experience with Data Governance and Data Quality
- Effective problem solving, presentation and communication skills for all levels of the organization.

- Extensive Financial Risk Services and Operation background
- Excellent people and program management skills.
- Proven record of effective leadership including the ability to handle conflict, create consensus and make effective decisions.
- Change agent mentality and ability to influence outcome in a complex organizational environment.
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
