Staff Accountant

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining and controlling the financial transactions and records of our company, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage bank and credit card reconciliations. Prepare and submit credit applications and submittals. Manage payroll and sales tax functions in compliance with legal requirements. Prepare regular journal entries and participate in month end close processes. Ensure all expenses are tracked and prepare check runs accordingly.
