The Park Inn is a restaurant & Inn that takes pride in providing healthy, creative and delicious food in a comfortable environment. Our philosophy at the Park Inn is "ingredient driven food" and our desire is to source, use and grow as many local ingredients as we can with a long-range goal of utilizing all of the branches of our family businesses, i.e. the Park Inn (pub, dining & lodging), the Crooked Lake Ice Cream Co. (retro diner & ice cream parlor) and the Point of the Bluff Vineyards (winery) as well as our small, newly established organic vegetable farm.
Where we are Located:
We are located at the south end of Keuka Lake, one of the Finger Lakes in New York state.
Responsibilities:
Chopping vegetables to making sauces, butchering meat, and, at times, prepare items for another station or special event.
Follow The Park Inn and health department standards
Work as a team player by pitching in wherever and whenever necessary
Stand and walk for extended periods of time
Qualifications:
High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
Two years prior experience in a food service setting.
Additional culinary training/coursework highly desired.
Ability to work together with your other team to make sure each guest has a positive experience
Effective oral and written skills
The ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position
Motivated, detail oriented and organized
