- Resource should have experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests
- Resource should be able to do RCA and come up with preventive solutions for issues identified
- Should have Pega application Pega hands on experience along with CS Framework
- Should be able to collaborate with Business, Dev and other teams to analyze and fix issues
- Resource should have experience in Production support processes including SLA, OLAs etc.
- Problem resolution skills is needed
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have deployment knowledge
- Should be able to identify Incident patterns and provide solutions to prevent them
- Automation knowledge will be added advantage
- Good to have DevOps skills
- Production support for Pega application Pega hands on experience along with CS Framework
- Should be able to discuss with Business, Dev and other teams to analyze and fix issues
- Should have good communication skills
