The Client Onboarding Communications and Training Manager is an important member of the MSS Onboarding Change Management team. The role is responsible for the facilitation of new training for the team, maintenance of procedures and templates, and oversees internal and external communications. In addition the role plays a key part in management of the Voice of the Client survey and is a contributor and aggregator of frequent presentations.Responsibilities:Organizes and delivers training and ensures participants leave with necessary knowledge

Participates in BOW (Book of Work) forums to understand the pipeline of upcoming releases

Owns changes to the Voice of Client survey for MSS Onboarding as well as internal surveys

Maintain internal procedure sites and operational templates

Maintains formal communication templates and assists in creation of team / organizational emails

Organizes and contributes to key organizational presentations (i.e. Town Halls)

Qualifications:5-8 years experience

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint

Self-motivated and detail oriented

Education:Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
