About the position:

The ServiceNow administrator will convert critical business needs into technical specifications and workflows, while guiding business customers and other IT leaders on how to realize the benefits of ServiceNow. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically driven and a creative problem solver who can contribute to the team, collaborate across all areas of the organization, and wants to work for a fast-growing company with a 100 year history.
  • Understand how ServiceNow can enable the business to become more productive and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits and maximize outcomes.
  • Coordinate application and platform upgrades in conjunction with 3rd party support team
  • Responsible for defining requirements, designing workflows, participating in all build/configuration, testing, implementation activities, as well as analysis and troubleshooting to meet specifications of a project or service request
  • Work closely with IT and business partners to empower platform capabilities following ITIL best practices
  • Plan and implement an effective and efficient CMDB
  • Develop cutting edge solutions that build systems integrations and process automation across other IT systems and assets.
  • Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow
  • Perform testing and installation of ServiceNow updates and new releases.
  • Plan and develop policies, procedures and training that will assists end users on software including updates to technical system documentation and training
  • Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
About you:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Four or more years of related experience is required.
  • 3-5 years' experience with ServiceNow administration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ServiceNow System Admin Certification
About the total compensation package:

Salary - The salary for this position is $60,000-$77,000.
