Make sure to include both the job title and location of the job if you email me directly.Position for an IS&T Business PartnerThe Local IS&T Business Partner coordinates the use of the IS&T (Information Systems and Technologies) support services provided for business users on site by a corporate IT department. This includes:Standardize business processes related to IT systems & technologies

Address regional priorities in using various IT systems & technologies

Improve IS&T cost variability and efficiency, develop cost efficient services and standard solutions

Leverage new technologies to bring value to the business users

Proactive innovation investigations of relevant products and best practices, expertise on emerging technologies with ability to deliver Proof of Concepts. etc

Miscellaneous activities such as: formalize issues, follow up and escalation with IT operations teams, approve service requests depending on validation workflows, identify needs for end user training / tutorials, local budget management and participation in audit activities for IT, etc

Skills, Experience, Education:

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in such disciplines as : Computer Science or Business Administration or Engineering

Experience working in such roles as: IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager / Program Manager, IT Manager

Experience being a liaison between Business Users and Corporate Information Technology department.
