Several full-time positions available immediately in a successful, established, expanding, and diverse architectural office in Central Valley, NY.
Aggressive, hard-working Architectural firm seeks intelligent, practical and attentive additions to an already terrific staff of hardworking and unique individuals.
Desired positions include:
Design Architect-Emphasis on conceptualization and visualization in several styles.
Job Captain-Emphasis on organizational, consultant and client interaction skills, along with the knowledge required to produce a comprehensive set of construction documents.
Drafting-Emphasis on producing/coordinating a comprehensive construction document set of drawings for private bidding/construction.
All applicants would benefit from project/client managerial skills, as well as:
Basic familiarity with NYS Building and Residential codes.
Basic familiarity with various construction types and methods.
Ability to be a productive team player, as well as being a self-starter and highly motivated.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2019.
Proficiency with Sketch-Up or Revit a plus.
Current project types include single and multi-family residential; multi-story office buildings; schools; entertainment complexes; retail; flex office/warehouse developments; and multi-user office/retail/hotels projects.
