Looking for food production experience for this position.
We work from a fleet of (6) mobile pizza trucks with wood-burning ovens. We serve a 100 mile radius from our kitchen in Elmsford, NY (4 miles from Metro North train, Harlem line)
Experience is preferred.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Production planning for dough and food prep to meet deadlines
- Scheduling, supervision, and management of additional kitchen team as necessary
- Dishwashing and sanitation of all kitchen items/tools for events
- Servsafe certification is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
This position is seasonal and variable in hours/days.
Pay is $18-20
