Award winning Main Course Restaurant & Marketplace is seeking a qualified, team-oriented individual to assist in the production of high quality modern american cuisine.
Responsibilities include:
- Participation in daily food prep
- Preparation of seasonal soups
- Assisting chefs with lunch and dinner specials
- Working on the line, preparing a la carte specials, sandwiches and salads
- Daily cleaning and restocking
Requirements:
- 2 years professional cooking experience
- Evenings and weekend availability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Desire to learn and explore new trends and techniques
