Office Hours: We are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am to 7:00pm
Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Qualifications:
A current License as a LPN issued by the State of New York or a multi-state license that is recognized by the State of New York.
Must be able to handle a face paced office environment
Must have prior experience with the following: Triage patients, Phlebotomy for pediatrics and geriatrics, EKG, Spirometry, Urinalysis, immunizations, etc.
Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Duties and Responsibilities:
Take verbal and written orders from medical personal, note and follow up on the orders and document in the nursing notes
Continue a professional relationship with the medical professionals of the facility
Follow the policies and procedures of our facility and if in doubt of the policy or a policy in question have the ability to contact the director of nursing.
Work within the scope of your license.
Other duties may be assigned
