Hudson Valley Property Bros is looking to hire a reliable independent contractor (1099) to join our crew for deck building projects throughout the Hudson Valley.
Some experience in carpentry or construction is preferred, especially with framing, decking, and general job-site skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist with building decks, framing, posts, railings, and structural components
Operate basic power tools safely
Load/unload materials
Work efficiently as part of a small crew
Follow instructions and quality standards
Requirements:
Must have some construction or carpentry experience
Must have transportation to job sites
Must be dependable and able to work outdoors
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor
