Cleaning and Maintenance Staff Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Maintenance Staff member. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment, performing various maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management
- Ensure all areas are sanitary and safe
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning or maintenance role
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
