Looking to hire a reliable, trustworthy individual to be the site supervisor on a new single family house construction project in Putnam County.
Compensation to be hourly ($50-$75 per hour), to be commensurate with experience. Hours will be flexible / vary depending on the construction schedule. Expected to average 4-8 hours per week, for 9 months to a year. Minimum # of hours for the project to be negotiated. Project starts Spring 2021.
This is a good role for tradespersons interested in being more involved in the GC process or semi-retired GCs looking to take on a light project, without taking on the risks. You will be working directly for the developer / general contractor.
Job responsibilities will include: overseeing subcontractors on site, taking delivery of materials, interfacing with inspectors on an as needed basis (i.e., when the general contractor is not present due to scheduling conflicts).
