Loopy Mango is a yarn and DIY brand located in Beacon, NY. We are looking for a new full time team member to become Wholesale Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
-Open new wholesale accounts
-Maintain existing wholesale accounts
-Promote Loopy Mango brand and products
-Prospect and contact potential customers
-Travel to trade, craft and trunk shows to promote the brand and solicit new accounts several times a year
-Check knitting patterns and help yarn stores with knitting questions
-Work closely with fulfillment department to make sure all wholesale orders are delivered to customers in a timely matter
-Negotiate shipping rates with FedEx, DHL and UPS
-Work closely with wholesale accounts to educate them on product features to maximize sales
-Stay on top of market trends
Qualifications:
-2-5 years retail or wholesale sales experience
-Strong communication skills
-Passion for fiber arts
-Passion for selling Loopy Mango products
-Knitting experience
-Ability to understand knitting patterns
-Attention to detail
-High energy entrepreneurial personality
-Flexible schedule (ability to work during trunk and trade shows that usually take place on the weekend several times a year)
-Strong problem solving ability
-Ability to work in fast paced environment without supervision
-Strong customer service and communication skills
