TEKsystems' client in the Ithaca, NY area is looking for an Active Directory Engineer to join their team on a contract to hire basis! Day to day, the Active Directory Engineer will join the Information Technologies team performing moderately complex activities related to Active Directory and Exchange administration, including security, designs, server infrastructure implementation and continual monitoring and auditing of the IT infrastructure. This position includes all related hardware and control system security. This individual will support the configuration management and overall operational readiness of infrastructure systems, including environments with multiple operating systems and configurations. The candidate will also need to be able to provide troubleshooting and fault-finding services for infrastructure related problems.The ideal candidate will have experience managing Active Directory & Exchange Server environments, creating and maintaining accurate documentation, installing and configuring servers and other datacenter equipment and escalating issues with vendors. Additional skills are listed below:Top Skills Details:1. Intermediate to Expert level with AD and related technologies. Migration experience with AD. 2. Exchange Administration experience with Exchange server 2016. 3. Well versed across MS Server related technologies. 4. Looking for AD and Exchange Administration experience.5.
