Residential construction company seeks designer/coordinator/estimator.
Design/drafting Proficient in CAD and familiar with residential construction. 3D skills ideal. No degree necessary. Assist in design work and the creation and production of presentations for clients ahead of projects, followed by construction drawings, documents and support throughout the project.
Coordinating Manage the office information/schedule side of projects to facilitate efficient jobsite flow. Strong organizational skills are necessary.
Estimating Assist in estimating construction costs for various projects.
As qualifications, strong computer and design/drafting skills are more critical than a thorough understanding of construction and estimating, as training will be provided in these areas. Seeking a self-starter with a positive attitude who can contribute to the growth of the organization and work effectively (often independently) through tasks.
