Alléchant is seeking experienced servers for Friday+Saturday dinner service, weekend brunch service, or a combination of both. We are a busy full-service restaurant committed to merging the highest dining standards with friendly neighborhood charm. Servers pool excellent tips on top of a $10.50/hr base wage.
Duties:
-Attend to a section of 5-8 tables: engage with guests, input accurate orders, fulfill drink requests, plate desserts, and process payments.
-Assist in bussing and setting up tables
-Set up/break down dining room and patio at the beginning and end of each shift
-Use slower moments to accomplish routine cleaning tasks across the restaurant
-Collaborate with kitchen and dish room to evenly distribute the load of daily cleaning tasks.
-Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a hygienic working environment
Experience/pre-requisites:
-Previous server experience is mandatory for this position
-Attention to detail
