QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Minimum 7-9 years as GIS Analyst with focus on creation and presentation of map based analyticsMinimum 5 years hands-on experience in use, management, development of:
  • ArcGIS Enterprise, ESRI GIS software (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, AGOL/Portal forArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop
  • JavaScript, Python including ArcPy, Arcade
  • Data integration of ESRI GIS software with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems
  • ESRI GIS software upgrades.
  • Esri Field Maps
  • Advanced Linear Referencing System (ALRS, Roads & Highways/ Pipeline)
Minimum 4-5 years of experience designing and working within ESRI SDE design and management in support of functionality and interfaces to other systemsMinimum of 2-3 years working knowledge in Railroad and/or Bus operationMinimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)Must be familiar with personal and SDE geodatabases, construct and manage linear referencing systems, data creating and editing, perform geoprocessing and otherspatial analyses, cartographic production, and integrate GIS data with external databases.Ability to modify/adapt systems, applications, and programs to meet business requirements.Experience in desktop / mobile computer support and troubleshooting software related problemsExcellent oral, written and presentation communication skill in relating technical information to non-technical personnelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), PowerBI:
  • Power Query
  • Power M
  • DAX
