Access Service Representative - Temporary

Req Number 141257This is a remote temporary position for 3 months. The position includes training for all Financial Clearance functionality throughout the various teams (Pre-Registration, eligibility and verification of benefits, authorization validation, Pre-Service estimates and collections, and Denial Prevention Unit for all elective and urgent encounters of all core and non-core facilities. Training includes but is not limited to the following systems Kronos, Outlook, PAI, SIS, Connect North, Invision, Soarian, Keanne, Eagle, MediTech, Experian, Change Healthcare, ZKeep/Payer Websites, and Careport,This position may warrant contact with patient to validate and/or obtain demographic information as well as educate patients regarding out-of-pocket liability and collections for scheduled services. All updates will be denoted in source system. This position may require other responsibilities deemed necessary by leadership to secure patients Financial Clearance not outlined above.Additional Salary DetailThe salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
