Candidates with the ability to to match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The full-time opening for an Account Payable Clerk is located in the Latham, New York area. This exciting opportunity could advance your career.Key responsibilities:
Daily maintenance of client accounting records. This includes journal entries related to payroll, payments, expenses and accruals along with processing accounts payable invoices
Preparation and/or review of cash reporting
Preparation of payments via wire and checks
Monthly or quarterly client financial report preparation, including completion of bank account reconciliations
Preparation of account receivable invoices
Maintaining client instructions across multiple entities

Requirements
Associates degree in an accounting or 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
1-4 years accounting experience preferred
QuickBooks experience preferred
Ability to work overtime as needed
