Role Description
As a Line Cook, your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, cooking meals according to our recipes, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and following food safety guidelines. You will work closely with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications
Experience in professional cooking, including knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
Excellent communication and time management skills
Familiarity with different types of cuisines and cooking styles
A culinary degree or certification is a plus
