Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 10 roles
Location: Smithtown, Stonybrook, Lake Grove , Islip, Wading River
Schedule: 9:00 - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $28.62 – $36.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care under provider supervision
Record vital signs and assist with exams and procedures
Perform administrative duties: scheduling, documentation, and filing
Greet patients, answer phones, and route messages
Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records
Coordinate with team members to support quality patient care
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
Active New York State LPN license
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
