Greater Long Island Dental is currently seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team in Massapequa! Our team is dedicated to creating the ultimate patient experience and takes no shortcuts when discussing oral health. We promote a work environment where we’re constantly learning and growing through our use of state-of-the-art technology! Our team is made up of outstanding wizards, unicorns, and black belt ninjas to say the least!
We are a private, fee-for-service dental practice specializing in Cosmetic and General Dentistry. Our team is family oriented with a heavy focus on keeping the workplace fun and unified!
Requirements:
- 2 or more years experience as a dental assistant
- Knowledge of Dentrix/Dexis software
- Knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, elective treatment, Invisalign
- Experience using state-of-the-art equipment (or willingness to learn) Some include iTero Scanners, Cerec Same Day Crown Technology
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Great positive attitude, coachable, and a team player
