We are seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant for a manufacturing and distribution company. In this role, you will support employees by answering their questions and explaining HR-related forms and procedures. We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in both English and Spanish and preferably has working knowledge of FMLA, workers' compensation, or union experience.
Office Operations: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Work Schedule: 20 to 25 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
