Confidential company is in search of an recruiting assistant to help with all recruiting and administrative functions. Must be able to multi task and be a self starter. This is an administrative heavy position but must also be strategic in approach.
Work independently while supporting a remote management team.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills - written and oral
Strong understanding of ATS functions and ability to problem solve
Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing workload and follow through to completion
Strong recruiting administrative and organization skills - ability to track all steps
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
High attention to detail and proofreading capabilities
Experience working in an HR Recruiter role
Possess strong sourcing skills - able to scour job boards
Possess a professional demeanor and proven ability to be discreet while understanding the importance of required confidentiality
Associates Degree in human relations, business administration, sociology or a related field preferred but not required
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
