Looking for an EXPERIENCED demolition foreman that we can trust to lead crews and complete projects in an efficient but safe manor. What we are looking for when it comes to experience is as follows:
- 5 Years of experience in the demolition field
- Can operate machinery (Excavators, Skidsteers, Forklift, Floor Strippers, etc.)
- Can operate saws and cut concrete
- Can use an oxygen/acetylene torch
- Asbestos License (preferred but not required)
- english/spanish speaking
- Has a license and can drive box truck to jobs
- OSHA card
Our office is located in Bay Shore, and we would prefer someone that lives nearby and does not mind coming in early to set truck up before jobs/drive employees with them. Not every requirement is needed but will be able to negotiate a better pay rate the more experience you have.
