A laundromat in the Port Jefferson area has an opening for one laundry attendant. We are looking for someone that would like to grow with our company and become part of a small team.
Below is a general list of qualifications and responsibilities (no prior experience is necessary):
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. English is mandatory.
Flexible schedule is a plus (hours available will increase over time). Sunday morning is mandatory.
Launder clothes with our process
Fold clothes to our standards of quality and speed
Use our POS system to complete wash & fold, dry cleaning and over the counter customer transactions
Must be able to stand and fold for long periods
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs unassisted
Assisting walk-in customers with various requests
Keeping the store and machines clean
MUST have a great attitude and provide excellent customer service
Hours and salary will be discussed during the interview process.
You will be paid by direct deposit
