Responsibilities for Warehouse Receiver
Receive material and check shipments for accuracy
Sorting and distributing material from UPS and incoming truck shipments throughout the warehouse
Load and unload truck shipments by hand and by using equipment
Put away all cartons and pallet's received on a daily basis into inventory
Process material returned by customers (RMA) for accuracy and fill out any paperwork to return material to inventory
Pull items from inventory for Customer orders as needed
May be required to complete additional assignments as needed
Assist in the reconciliation of inventory variances to receiving and shipping activities
Qualifications for Warehouse Receiver
Forklift Experience Helpful (stand up pickers & gas forklift)
Ability to read and comprehend pick tickets, receiving slips and purchase orders
Able to work independently and with others as needed
Must be able to keep a consistent attendance record
Must be able to use/learn a computer system
The ability to consistently lift heavy large boxes
