Professional and locally recognized FINANCIAL ADVISOR working from a home office
is seeking individual for a part-time position which can possibly evolve into full-time for the
right candidate.
The objective of the position is to handle all operational responsibilities of the practicethis includes processing new business, servicing the needs of existing clients, running report, entries to QuickBooks, answering the office phones and maintaining my calendar, as well as filing and sending emails.
Schedule is flexible from Monday thru Thursday during business hours for approx 12 to 15 hours per week.
Candidate MUST have the following skills
Prior experience as administrative assistant and/or in the Financial Services/Insurance industry.
Professional and articulate, organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and work independently.
Computer proficient (Excel/Outlook/Word/ Powerpoint/CRM/Quickbooks).
Knowledge of Social Media and Marketing a big plus
