Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
Must have experience with CAD drawings
Create estimates using Quickbooks
Price out materials
Order and monitor deliveries of materials to customers
Work closely with sales representatives to maintain customer satisfaction
Work closely with suppliers and lead generating sources
Need experience with social media
Work with Office Manager
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task
Good communication/verbal skills
Strong computer experience preferred
Strong willingness to learn
Quickbooks experience a plus
Microsoft Excel & Word experience a plus, Planswift or AutoCad and the experience to read architect drawings
