Water Works Group is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team
(part time to lead into full time). The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Provide general support to customers
Perform data entry and scan documents
Coordinate office activities
Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
High school diploma or equivalent; Quikbooks, Jobber & additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
