Part-time year round position. Must have experience with Word and Excel, good phone skills, detail
oriented, punctual and the ability to work independently. Assistance with scanning, filing, typing of
letters, e-mails, organization, download and upload of files, transferring of data to excel spreadsheet templates, navigate websites to retrieve information, preparing invoices and entering payments in Quick Books, etc. 18 hours per week. Preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM but may be flexible.
