Family owned Contracting / Manufacturing Business looking to add a team member to our office staff.
This is a part time to full time position. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
This job includes: Paid Time Off (vacation and/or personal) and Paid holidays
Responsibilities:
-Answering the phone and taking detailed messages
-Communications via telephone, fax, and email with vendors, sellers, and customers
- Entering customer and vendor purchase orders, estimates and general office work
- Helping and assisting customers or vendors by email and/or phone and maintaining up to date information.
- Organizing and filing away paperwork
- Sending invoices to customers with follow-up
Skills Required:
Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills
Work independently in a sometimes fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Strong Communication skills
Computer Programs: Quickbooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook
