Established privately owned animal hospital seeks full time veterinary receptionist. Responsibilities include client communication, scheduling appointments, creating and explaining estimates and invoices, processing payments and maintaining medical records. An ideal candidate is reliable, personable, computer literate and comfortable with multi- tasking.
This position requires excellent communication skills, comfort with a multiple phone line system, willingness to provide client education and the desire to make our clients and their pets feel welcome.
Multiple weekday shifts 9AM - 5PM and Saturdays 9AM- 2PM. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour…and is commensurate with experience.
One year of veterinary receptionist experience is preferred, but not required.
