Looking for a salon and spa Customer Care /Manager for a kids salon. Candidate should have the following attributes:
salon experience a plus, but not necessary
commitment to excellent client service
an ability to manage time effectively
an ability to perform computer skills and social media
must be able to multitask
self-motivated, proactive and a willingness to go above and beyond
must be hospitable, creditable, sales background a plus, detail oriented, creative
flexibility to work weekends
a clean and professional image
an ability to interact with other team members and management in a professional manner
Job Description
Scheduling clients' salon services while implementing proper procedures
Greeting clients and escorting them to waiting areas
Educating clients on services & products
Closing sales and encouraging clients to re-book services
Cross-service recommendations
Product recommendations
Executing standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette
Confirming appointments
Informing service professionals of daily schedules and/or any adjustments
Resolving client challenges, utilizing support from the Salon Manager when necessary
Responsibility for balancing and checking register drawer
Performing other duties as assigned
