Lead Carpenter/Supervisor:
Well established Commercial General Contracting firm seeking Lead Carpenter/Foreman with the following character qualities to supervise Commercial General Construction projects;
Be hands on, organized, reliable and self-motivated
Be knowledgeable in commercial construction principles and practices
Have the ability to read construction plans and specifications
Have the ability to communicate well with sub-contractors, clients and design team
Prepare and maintain project schedules
Have clean driver’s license with own transportation, preferably a work truck or van
Minimum 5 years experience
Salary commensurate with experience. 401K Benefits + +.
